The layoffs are not rumors they have already happened. The risk Scharf has created with India jobs will be overwhelming . Where is the CFPB?? Customers are already sick of it! Not to mention the employees!! MOVE YOUR MONEY NOW FROM WELLS FARGO!
Not true they can block personal emails on layoffs. They just did! We’re not blocked last week but today they are! Not too important since computers will be turned off anyway!
Laying off some of the best Mortgage people they will ever have today! ….it will All backfire! Why would any company want to get rid of experienced great mortgage people? They will not come back when you need them,,,, stock price will go down from all this India cr-p! . Just watch!

Not necessarily true. If an email w no attachment is sent u should still get it. However if on a list you may not get it as it could be viewed as something else. Anyway, I can tell you the absolute you state is not true either way.

Not a rumor in MN. At least in the layoff sense. That has already begun, specifically at the MetroPoint location in St Louis Park. Don’t know about other locations.

I'm still waiting for my 61 weeks of paid vacation/job hunt. I live 250+ miles from the nearest tech hub.

I am one of them.. CSBB, location - Charlotte.. Reason - Last in first out... I have been in this role only 10 months and everyone else is like 7 plus years !
Apart from all the tell tell signs last 2 weeks.. today (24 hours before the lay off), I tried to send a blank Test email to my gmail - and it was blocked... I have sent emails to my gmail from wellsgfargo earlier in the week and they were not blocked !

I like how this has so many rumors.... I have a rumor that I heard, it is in regards to Congress apparently they're all going to work together seeing kumbaya and start passing bills this week and by August the United States is actually going to have a lot more laws that need to get signed because Congress and Senate are working together hand in hand.
There's a rumor going around that they're going to be laying off people that are RTO at Minnesota and Chandler office because they don't have enough cube space for all the people that live in the area so they're actually going to lay a bunch of people off so that everyone has a seat.
I heard rumor that they were going to shut down the San Francisco office and lay all of them off because employees are afraid that they're going to get robbed or hurt by the homeless and dr-g induced personnel living on the street between the parking lot and the main building
Rumor has it technology is going to be affected with the primary focus with cybersecurity... Apparently RTO combined with failure to comply with getting Cloud certifications has senior leadership in an uproar and they're going to be chopping positions and posting them in India
