So sadly it happened as described here for weeks.

Where is the commenter who said "no source equals no truth".?

No truth is a good term for the leadership at AYX that last 1.5 years. Integrity equals competitive advantage per Warren Buffett, and alteryx has none anymore. Tough time to be an employee and a customer.

June 1 vested RSUs will ba paid out

Severance will be 2-4 weeks for most people.

Most all managers did not learn and do. Of know who on their teams are affected. They will learn this on Wednesday morning.

Managers instructed and encouraged to reach out to affected members of their teams.

Access will be promptly cut off after notification.

'Tis true that some are receiving retention bonuses to stay till end of the year, heard from someone who received that news.

I heard too that rest of us unlucky folks (or lucky to be jumping out of a sinking ship?) will be getting the layoff news via email this Wednesday morn. Get ready those LinkedIn layoff announcements to flood the job market.

Just remember, folks, rejection is redirection.

Does anyone know if it has been confirmed if it will be via email or will our managers tell us in the AM? Also, any news on percentage of employees that will be cut or severance packages? I’ve seen so many mixed answers.

I have heard that everyone will be getting an email tomorrow morning letting them know if they are still employed or not. If you are being let go, tomorrow will be your last day. And everyone will get their June vesting, which I think means the RSU payout.

Can anyone confirm this? I heard this secondhand.

Call at 10:00 PT is for the "safe" people leaders. If you are not invited, you are out. Not sure the timing of that action whether today or tomorrow but get busy if you haven't started looking. Not sure what's up with the IC roles.

If you're new to working in a corporate environment, you've likely by now hopefully learned and accepted that job security is never guaranteed, and office politics are unavoidable. Nepotism is a part of everything. It's common knowledge that good friends hire other friends (people they trust), who knew?

The people who keep saying 'Get out while you can!' What does that even mean? I know at least 20 heads who have been applying for over a year and haven't gotten any job leads. I don't think anybody here is against their will. The job market is genocidal and we are at RECORD HIGHS for layoffs across most tech companies.

Layoffs next week sometime, i havent heard a confrimed date yet. They want to make sure those RSUs aren't paid out and to cut enough staff before the new equity program goes live. I'm hearing even groups that weren't affected in the previous layoffs are being to be hit this time. Good news, hopefully the dumpster fire that is Barista goes away. What was IT thinking?
