Why are the people that steered us into this mess still at the helm? Anyone ask yourself that?
Hiring 600 people a year? Giving them thousands in RSU’s? The nepotism is glaringly apparent with the promotion of Emily Crawford, let’s see she has taken 3 men’s jobs in 12 months.
So if I change my name asap to Paula or Suresh, I'm good? :D

Tuesday is when directors find out. Wednesday is when it occurs. Will be done via email, with a follow up from HR. 2-4 week severance based on tenure and level. No RSU's, no bonus, no equity. Network and look for a new job. This is going to be the largest layoff in company history. It will affect every department. Even if you're in the middle of projects with strict deadlines and you think you're irreplaceable. No one is safe unless your name is Paula or Suresh. Get out while you can. Use the holiday weekend to apply for new jobs.
