Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

'Grown a conscience' Are you upper management? I noticed you have always been spot on before, remind me of Tired Director.

I can tell you now. Honeywell is facing a very rough future.
It will become more evident as the year goes on.

The share purchase benefit isn’t looking so attractive these days.

They pillaged Honeywell and it's employees hard to maintain that flat stock price.
Those that committed the crimes walked away with their pockets full.
I suspect VK will continue the same strategy (seen no evidence to the contrary) to eek what is left but the bubble is soon to burst.
Not a question of IF but WHEN!

Honeywell's business model is unsustainable and has destroyed deep value.
It will be broken up, it is it's only chance of survival.
Which business until will remain as 'Honeywell' I do not know but they will go hard on licensing the name if anyone will still buy it.
I have long suspected the APAC operation to break away, there is high viability there.

@1gnd+1s47ByJn This is the screaming conclusion I share also, it is has been long in the making.
Wall Street started wising up to it end of last year but we have known for a long while. Man are those chickens coming home to roost.

Just an opinion, I think to shareholders are getting sick of no shareholder value. They’re going to replace the whole entire board of directors. Then they’re going to replace the CEO.

Then they’re gonna break up the company. It will be like GE. They won’t care what happens to the company.

GE sold off Business units. The stock went up. I expect Honeywell Aerospace to be bought out by GE. When this happens, the shareholder value will go up. So long Honeywell, and goodbye Allied signal. They will get rich off shareholder value. Well I’ll become unemployed.

They’ll be some bonuses for all the big shots. They’ll probably buy $500 champagne bottles. In order to celebrate their huge bonuses and shareholder value.

Deutsche Bank is worried about Honeywell??? They should be worried about a piece of property they co-own in Manhattan that will get repossessed in lieu of bail payment for 45. I hope they do take it back and rename it to pig tower.

Honeywell lives quarter to quarter. They have cost cut their way to increase the stock price to the point there is literally nothing left to cut. Aerospace once had 24,000 FTE's. Now 7500. What changed? No new products, abhorent customer support and service and no to low R&D. If the USG ain't payin HW aint playin.

They hit the nail on the head. HW seem incapable of growing businesses organically. They always su-k the life out of acquisitions. The share price has gone no where in the last 5 years. VK on borrowed time for sure.

Oh no.. a convicted money laundering operation doesn’t like Honeywell. Where will we launder our Russian oil processing proceeds?
