Am I losing my mind? They really hosted a call today to inform people it was impossible to step progress in Mobility last year according to the data. And more Fiber people than they would have liked retired their numbers and were progressed and given a raise. So in 2024 we aren't going to make it easier for mobility we will instead make Fiber impossible just like mobility.

Absolutely correct. T is moving to alternate channels. Fraud in business sales is so prevalent the company has begun massive audit activities out of necessity. When new sales widgets doesn’t generate the commensurate increase in revenue flags go up. Upgrade , optimization are great but remember , T is in enormous debt so pricing down an existing customer base to add services at an overall reduction in revenue is counterintuitive .
What would you say is easier to sell, mobility or fiber?
The whole Fiber and Mobility sales department is a house of cards anyway. Once some folks outside that department take a close look at the numbers they will realize paying someone $120k a year to sell a half dozen 1 gig $150/month fiber circuits doesn't make sense.
Stop complaining and go sell something.
No one is forcing you to stay. Not a bad job where you can make $75K-$100K selling an easy product with tons of promotions. If you sell, they will keep you.
