Appreciate the information. This issue is relevant to me, as I was one of the 90,000+ retirees impacted by the pension transfer.
Very easy to find the lawsuits on the net and yes, people are successful suing T, if it isn’t a frivolous claim.
suing AT&T is like fighting city hall.
You need to check Federal Courts on lawsuits against AT&T! They have been WON! Personally know someone that sued and got $$
I’ve never heard of anyone suing AT&T and winning.
This lawsuit will go nowhere.
