11 percent increase, $1m+. Does anyone else get an 11 percent raise. Just one other small detail, Isn’t it nice to know that he is laying off 100s of people while he gets millions. People have to put food on the table for their families here in the US and all this company does is lay off people and send jobs overseas.

@waq+1rwjvnoa, actually that would not be the case. someone like that is supposed to be so much more sophisticated than the rest of us, I am sure they could have come up with a more creative plan to grow the business with out hurting employees.

I decided to leave in 2022 when Scharf got a 20% raise while I got 0. Highly recommended for one’s mental health.

There's three kinds of execs at WF:
- Absolute shart disciples. These are guys that would do anything for the tu-d in chief. If he told them to ki-l some of his employees, they'd say "good idea boss, where should I hide the bodies?" Basically, people like SP.
- Go along to get along types: they know Shart is a failed leader implementing bad ideas, but they are willing to follow along temporarily, hoping that an opportunity for them to move up will come along when Shart goes away. This would be Saul types.
- The resistors. These are the execs that are headed for the exits to "spend more time with their family". They oppose Shart's failed plans and methods and do not want to be associated with such an evil little troll.

Must be nice . . . . Lets be real. If any of us were in the same position you would do the same to maximize the amount of money into your pocket. Sh---y as it sounds but if you were sitting in the $10 million dollar seat it's hard for me to imagine the vampire fangs wouldn't come out to try and su-k everything dry for the benefit of my own family.
