Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Congratulations C H A R L I E

You are the C E O of the first Bank EVER to unuionize. You have created such a miserable and toxic work environment the branches have struck back and are now unionizing. 5 branches have voted to unuionize and 5 more are preparing to vote. This is only the beginning, more are coming! Keep up the momentum 💪. United we'll make a difference!

So when will the other groups step up and unionize? Or are you just leaving it up to the branch workers? What about IT that has it really bad under TK? Why not unionize?

Unions will only make it worse and add a other layer of beaurocracy to control the employees, increase labor costs, and thus increase costs onto the customers.

Congratulations on being stupid.

5 have voted and 5 are preparing to....

Did not realize it has gotten thus bad, haven't heard about my branch yet, but, it is looking closer to moving my accounts and dumping my stock time.

Which is really a shame, since the stock has been making some positive strides. hmmmm, JPM has been doing well too........

but, can't be supporting communism. I 'll watch the implosion from the sidelines.

I'm rooting for you!

“ If we would have done this a year or two ago, none of this wouldn’t be happening.”

So it would still be happening?

Good! The non-customer facing side does a lot of whining and no action. They have a million excuses not to unionize while pretending, or maybe convinced, it’s patriotic and capitalistic to avoid unionizing. If we would have done this a year or two ago, none of this wouldn’t be happening.
