Job levels P1-P5

Between two jobs if the pay range is similar, but the P1-P5 job level is different - Is that what impacts bonuses/bonus eligibility? Looking thru HR site and it must be buried - can’t find anything.

the p# is job level and typically aligns to the title/job profile in terms of associate, senior, lead, sr lead. The same p# across job families and functions will not equate to the same salary range. A senior risk consultant will have a higher salary range than senior analytics consultant. The salary is based on compensation grade. You can pull up job profile information in workday for any job profile and while they won't give you the salary range you can back into it by looking at the job postings for similar grades. Also. don't forget that area differential also comes into play for many roles althoughess so for higher level/compensated roles.

Generally speaking, yes a higher level position would make more money. However, the # of job level doesn't mean much as they can assign any classification (exempt/non-exempt), pay range, or bonus plan to any position.

Yes, that's basically the payscale without really telling you the payscale.
