Unrestrained capitalism leads to atrocities such as corporate welfare, etc. There needs to be some checks & balances. Sadly, that will not happen & financial collapse in on the horizon.
Capitalism used to have checks and balances for poor performance in the c-suite, it’s gotten out of control and needs some regulations but it’s still 100% better than socialism/communism where you are told what to do, think and consequences for not complying are disastrous up to your own death.
Do you really think those systems are better? Better study your history of the millions ki-led in those systems that don’t comply, read about Mao or St-lin. In capitalism the worse that can happen is losing your job then you have the freedom to find your next one or change careers. It can be financially destructive but you still have your life and an opportunity to start over.
Sadly, the C-Suite will NEVER take responsibility!

Yeah, bruh that's how capitalism works, as intended the folks at the top will never suffer consequences.
