What happens now that they moved from 17 to 12 VPGM markets?

T views change as progress, they couldn’t be more wrong here if they tried. All this does is continue to cover up incompetence.
Extra VPGMs will be reassigned to continue their AT&T leadership roles.
We wait 2 years and they go from 12 VPGMs to 4 VPGM. In the meantime, we hire more Chief of Staffs to help the Level 6s to help pull their heads out of their assignments.
