Leadership Training Requires Participants To Confess Privilege, Make Allyship Pledges

Sadly, not unlike ATT. But nobody at T has had the stonz to push back against it.

The training, titled “Creating a DEI Action Plan,” was given last month to employees in the General Management Development Program, an accelerator program that prepares CVS professionals for careers in management. The training is labeled “GMDP Rotation 2 Curriculum” and demands that participants conduct a personal audit of their biases and commit to pushing the DEI agenda as allies.

PATHETIC bunch of victims crying anytime you’re not coddled or god forbid forced to think about anyone else’s plight. I hope they keep sending jobs overseas so we all can keep fighting for the leftover scraps like good ignorant little sheeps .”

Don't see the relevance to AT&T unless someone can point to where we have to do this.

The only 'DEI' training I've had to do was some d-mb "ask me" video thing with a lady complaining to a handicapped dude that someone touched her hair. As if I'd ever want to get within 10 feet of that...

It's just not happening here. Yet, anyway.

God forbid we have a workforce that reflects the communities that they represent.

It has nothing to do with that, and you know it.

Few people today truly listen to what Dr. King wanted. The dream was for people to be judged, “not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” In today’s society, we do the exact opposite. If someone is promoted for the color of their skin and they are white, it is called racism. If they are promoted because they have black skin, it is also racism, but the real racists use another term- DEI. And fancy terms like “representing the communities they live in” as justification for their racism. I don’t want the best person of color for the job. I want the best person period!

This makes me so sad. Making one state their privileges—-is a way of taking away hard earned things and trying to brainwash some that what we have wasn’t earned at all —- so sad — my parents worked so hard for what little we had but because of the color of my skin I and others like me are expected to declare privilege and discount ourselves.
Shame on CVS. Let people make their own decisions about one another and themselves. I think you’ll find more of us can and do get along but when you try to embarrass / guilt people it backfires/doesn’t work.

Click play, let run in background with sound off.
Course complete.
Bias's still in place.
Bo-m.
Done.

Still employed.

Btw ... Those complaining most about bias in the workplace are the most biased to begin with. First one to cackle laid the egg.

Can you say discrimination, those that benefit are all for it. A lot of companies are removing their DEI depts and laying off. Search news articles, you will find a lot about it going away but of course AT&T is always skating to the puck.

Lawsuits are coming, the Supreme Court already ruled affirmative action was discriminatory, DEI is just a newer version.

Get over it and just stop complaining. Everything’s an issue or a concern for you until the time comes you need some help. Pathetic.

Disgusting. We need to push back on this forced speech. DIE is an abomination, not at all what it claims to be.
