I am from Technology. Severance pay is 2 months + 3 months.

You joke about men being let go - but someone's out to get you :( I found hiring stats - not sure of time frame - but 60% of all internal and external hires were women - good for them! bad for me :(
More Men let go being women's month. Diversity initiative.
Public Affairs had cuts as well.
