Can people please share, if nothing else, BDs where layoffs have started? It's hard to believe that only a single person has been laid off so far.

From the paperwork I received 70 of 187 in the decisional unit (not sure what that even means) were displaced. I know 9 people not including myself who were laid off yesterday. Commercial banking group.

Laid off in Chicago. My letter had 11 of 18 people “displaced” throughout NY, CLT, LA and SF. I Was read a script on the phone after 20 years of service. Have to navigate 16 different PDF docs to figure out severance and “non working leave”. Charlie gonna bury the stagecoach once and for all.

Please let any one who is laid off because their job is going to India, keep severance letter close by. Not saying this is happening in every case , but in my instance I was laid off with a vary lengthy severance period and found out when I went to apply for unemployment that wells fargo reported that I had been discharged to the state employment agency. The unemployment office did not see it that way.
I was on a special projects team with around 1500 people working on it. Over half of us just got let go.

Conduct Risk just got word that there were layoffs today. Not quite sure how many or what teams were impacted. Unrelated to hub strategy. Jobs going to India.
