Why is layoffs quite at the min

Posting from the UK, lot of rumours of layoffs happening on the on-perm teams but would expect them by now any insight ? The atmosphere toxic and a horrible place to be working , everyone is are on PIPs are they trying to manage people out?

if on PIP just run OUT. Do not waste your time @ORCL until you do not have any other option. I know so many who are doing great outside ORCL.

It may be hard initially but You will thanks yourself later.

JMO - if you’re on a PIP you cannot win. Get out before they terminate you unless you will get a package and don’t care. Work on your resume and exploring other jobs oitside of Oracle.

Some companies like Starbucks employ migrants but unfortunately for Oracle they typically don't have the necessary skills.
