Quiet?
That only means you might be on the list.
Seriously, just wait. Everyone is on a clock that is winding down.
if on PIP just run OUT. Do not waste your time @ORCL until you do not have any other option. I know so many who are doing great outside ORCL.
It may be hard initially but You will thanks yourself later.
JMO - if you’re on a PIP you cannot win. Get out before they terminate you unless you will get a package and don’t care. Work on your resume and exploring other jobs oitside of Oracle.
CX is a gone case. They don't know how to do anything properly.
Acquisition model means no skills needed.
Some companies like Starbucks employ migrants but unfortunately for Oracle they typically don't have the necessary skills.
Pish, like that is relevant. All that matters is are they cheap?
> IMO oracle should ask for volunteers, many would like to be riffed with a package.
Or better yet, Oracle should just switch to an entirely volunteer workforce. You know, the kind that works without any pay?

what's PIP?
there are PIPs in Oracle? never heard about them within CX
Usually quietens down around now, beginning of Q4..
