Are there any signs or anything you can check before a layoff? Or does your manager just push a button after your meeting and you are locked out of everything and become homeless

Just got my email for a meeting with my boss. I am on short term disability for a month now (severly broken leg) and was planning to WFH for a week and return to office April 1. My doctor said he would extend my disability to June if I feel I cant drive into work. My 60 days doesn't start until I return from disability. I hope this is my layoff call. I would be paid through May 2025. Come on id*&t boss git r dun.
Our manager already told us we are not in this round. So they do know in advance. There is another one in September and maybe we will not be as lucky
Simple to tell, if your Mgr. at WFB seems nice to you, is open to your ideas, listens to you without interrupting you.......pack your bags, you're F'ing gone. Completely out of character for the leaders with WFB, so if you witness that......buh bye.

WARN notification before start of work day is your only chance to see if WF is laying off in your state. If you’re trying to get day of data.
Your manager does not push any buttons. There is a scheduled time when your access is cut off.
Typically, you are notified in the morning of your displacement and are told that your access will be terminated at a certain time of the day.
For Notice or No Notice displacements, all of your accounts are monitored for insider threat considerations.
