Unless hardware customers want nuvera, iGen, or Baltoro, they should be buying their gear from Fuji. At least they have enough other revenue streams to stay afloat. With so many technical service folks suddenly available from xerox to ad to their current force it won't take very long to become the biggest player in the shrinking market. Imho

Just the same continued poor service, billing issues
“We still have a lot of wonderful clients…?”

Why does that commentator say that about Baltoro? Was it or the follow-on cancelled?
This is just the begining. Baltoro and ink jet are over, guys.
What world are you living?
We still have a lot of wonderful clients and the company needed to restructure. Xerox is still the industry leader in digital services and making noise in the RPA space.. Other printer companies can’t hold a candle to Xerox and our direction. Look in the windshield, not in the rear view mirror. Let’s go!!!
Xerox is a Tech Powerhouse!

Xerox, talking a lotta yip yap about software this and AI that.
You are a COPIER company, and I know that scares you but these are facts.
Either embrace your shrinking market share by acts of customer kindness or dismantle operations.
Either way someone will benefit.
Investors want a acceptable rate of return based on risk and don’t give a hoot about DEI (Diversity / Equity/ Inclusion)
how about how these clowns decision not to keep the RIGP funded affects me !?!?!?!?!?! and YOU !?!?!?!?!
Customers may no longer have to deal with software outsourced to Sanjay.
They will be poached. You will be pooched.
Xerox still has customers?
Service and support is depleting, customers will suffer and leave at time of leading to loss of renewals. Xerox wants to focus towards selling software solutions and i.t. services, problem with that is majority of existing sales cannot speak the language. I hate to say this, the core I'm at has an older generation of sales reps that have no clue what "cloud" is. And leadership is still focused on selling copiers.
They have a vote when they renew their contract. They will assess the value received from the cash they gave up. You deliver what you can deliver based on the time you have to deliver it. You are receiving a paycheck to provide a world class service, so that is what you should try to do. If the estimates done by the reinvention experts are correct, then everyone will flourish. The bad news is that the reinvention people are not experts, or world class. They have sold off or given away the future seeds for any current or new market innovations, and will now rely on partnerships and feet on the street to deliver some hypothetical pipe dream that Steve B dreamed up for a company with no differentiation and ill-suited for the task. However, they will ensure that everyone is diverse, feels included and has a sense of belonging. After all, that is what investors seek, and customers demand in return for their cash.
Simply put…..
“There are no customers…”
