Am sure they'll settle with this man as he probably has the inside dirt on all the discrimination going on and am sure they don't want it come out in a public trial.

(February 27, 2024) - A 67-year-old man who served as a director of labor relations for AT&T has alleged that the telecommunications company unlawfully terminated him because of his age.

Fired? Laid off? Refused to move to a hub?

Would be nice if some of these people would get jail time for unethical practices but suing them and them getting fined is the next best thing.

There should also be a suit against DEI for all the aggrieved that lost out on opportunities based on it.

Stankey’s comments in townhall meetings and other forums, should make it a slam dunk for anyone older that’s been fired. Age discrimination is happening, it needs to stop 'and I hope it is borne out in court. The former director must have the goods because he is suing.

T does not discriminate based on age. The age demographic skews high since so many employees never leave.
