M Level Compensation

I have an interview in Digital. The HR said the position is either at M4 or M5 level. It is too early to ask what type of total compensation would be...is anybody here with some information particularly the bonus percentage of base?

Run, don't walk, away. If you're in Digital, you can go anywhere. You're asking the wrong questions. Anything you make will be offset by the silent brand "recognition" of having this place on your resume.

You are interviewing for a M4 or M5 job but you are on a layoff board asking about comp at the Director (M4) and Executive (M5) level?

Bonuses are no longer a percentage. If they offer you the job they will tell you a number. And that number will be based on your specific role. I know others who have the same level role, but the role is different and it’s a different LOB, we started within 30 days of one another and our bonuses are different. You would have better luck actually sharing the name of the role and people can provide you that info.
