So let me understand if i get displaced have 60 days after that i get severance and i can file for unemployment is that what i read ?

Immediately, just can’t apply at wells until the severance weeks are over otherwise it stops or if lump sum you gotta pay it back.
You can apply right away. Just don't accept an offer during your non-working period. If you get a job during your severance period AND tell wells, they'll pay out your severance in a lump sum. I wouldn't say anything.
Some get jobs during the 60-day notice period, but if WF finds out, it can be grounds to take severance away. I waited, then found out my state also gives you unemployment along with severance, so I took full advantage for 5 months.
