DEI: Why all HR are Females?

Why is DEI not working for males? all HR are females top down? Shoulnd the companies set the stage to have 50% males in HR?

This is such a dvmb comment. It’s the same reason that there are more male engineers at Honeywell than female engineers. A quick google search will tell you that 65-75% of HR professionals are female. The company workforce looks like the available population it draws from

It's basic biology. Strait men do not have a temperament for HR, just as women do not have a temperament for engineering.
