Why is DEI not working for males? all HR are females top down? Shoulnd the companies set the stage to have 50% males in HR?

This is such a dvmb comment. It’s the same reason that there are more male engineers at Honeywell than female engineers. A quick google search will tell you that 65-75% of HR professionals are female. The company workforce looks like the available population it draws from

It's basic biology. Strait men do not have a temperament for HR, just as women do not have a temperament for engineering.
Do you have any statistical data to support your claim, or your evidence is purely anecdotal?
And many are of color. No bi deal just be fair.
It should. There is no reason that HR should be mostly female and many reasons why it should not.
