So I lose 2 cake decorators and curbside gain 3 more associates but yet they want my bakery department to have the same standards 🤔 😒 😑

The salaried manager bonuses are dependent on club pick up. They now have a bonus multiplier, that is why managers are all about cpu
@9ixv+1rjAnBca, i've noticed this as well. club pickup always has more associates than any fresh dept & sometimes as many as merch.
it's ridiculous that we have more associates responsible for taking things off the shelves than putting them on the shelves.
Because all the company cares about is club pickup. They've got about 25 associates at my club, and I can barely run freezer/cooler/deli with 2 morning associates and 1 evening.... It's just not fair
That su-ks for you cake decorators are hard to find. They use to have me help on cakes and I was the wrapper. When graduation comes around hope you get a few or heaven help you!
