PTO/ assigned location

How does PTO count towards assigned location? I know it counts as in office but how is it used to calculate adherence to the 50% assigned location? Or is Assigned location only calculated on the days you go in? Didn’t see this answered before

Depends on your lob how much of an issue this is or isn't. Some of us travel for work or cover a large area with many buildings. Even in groups where only one location is authorized, if you take a full week off it's not like you can be hammered for not going to an approved location. Is anyone actually getting pushback from their manager about this?

I had the same question. Answer is PTO/Holidays do not count as a location, just an in-office day. 50% location metric is based purely on the days you are actually in the office.

Handled the same way holidays are. They are added after the fact. The 50% is calculated off the in-office days regardless of how many holidays or PTO.
