Software eng here. Mine was about 8K compared to 2k last year. I don’t know how this ranks with what others have.

It's based on your career band. L08 gets $10k, L07 gets $15k. Etc.
RSU grants are no where near previous grants.
Why? It’s a set amount. Waste of time. No one cares about this.

RSUs are given out at a set rate based on your Job Title... there isn't any decision involved.
