Several of my colleagues in a hub from different LOBs were let go. Efficiency targets are hitting a little bit everywhere.
How many and what departments in Remediations?
As someone stated, remediation teams took a big hit! Then our tone deaf leader sends out the code of ethics email reminding us that it’s not acceptable to pretend to work. Oh and we should also volunteer for additional work!
