Just heard the news. I'm wondering if anyone has inside information if internships will be cut for summer 2024. Haven't heard anything yet from my recruiter.

It depends on your location, I think. I encourage you to reach out to your point of contact if you have not heard from them.
They keep hiring interns due to $2000 year per tax write off. If paid over $2000 can write off up to $10,000 off over future years.
Intern still coming for summer
A dismal place to intern at.
We have an intern who is starting next month and their offer has not been withdrawn. I can't say that's the case for every department. L3H is very big. Some programs are still hiring.
Internships will most likely go on, we're shedding the older people who are out of date.
