Don't be surprised if layoffs in this place, Centene under Sarah/Drew is not only poorly run, is also the most treacherous, backstabbing place you can find, this people smile with you, tell you how great you are and tomorrow fire you. No even in the wild among salvage animals you have what happens here. They have decimated the place, it is ticking bo-b, short term a bit of savings, long term the place will implode, that heavy ,stinky verbose of Sarah and Drew it is just a bunch of smoke and Mirrors, nothing is getting done, everybody is either coasting or in survival mode, the culture of lying, fear and faking is top of the line

Hate to break it to all of you. THIS is the new normal for ALL companies out there. Especially the likes of Humana, BCBS or what are considered "competitors" in the industry. Be glad you have income coming in and keep your skills and resume cleaned up prepared to apply to hundreds of jobs and have about a hundred interviews before you even get a bite of a job offer.

People have already been identified for layoffs. Happening in April 2024 and they will only get one month (not like the last time) and exited in May 2024.

I just got laid off this month after our division was told we needed to reapply for our jobs. They told us there were the same number of jobs as the people applying but they tricked us because a few of us over the age of 50 were terminated for made up reasons. They told some they were too technical. What does that mean? So it didn't matter i had just received an excellent performance review, received the highest bonus percentage, and kudos from former project members. Not to mention my 15 yrs of Project Management experience and certifications. And then they had the nerve to include in our severance package a OWBPA document to cover themselves legally from any age discrimination lawsuits. This place is a joke! And people who think they are safe because they are still in their jobs are delusional. They are merely sitting ducks. I wouldn't recommend this place now to my worse enemy!

Yes, this is true. Especially if you have a senior manager named Jenny S.M. She will write an employee up for stupid things just just as a way to try and get them to quit
