In the town hall today they said they “could not rule out” more layoffs, and some areas still need to be “right-sized”. Anyone have info on when the layoffs will happen? If they are saying that much in the town hall, you can pretty much bet there will be another round.

WHAT are you talking about?! Do you mean that "salvage" animals don't smile at you but back stab you at the same time? No, they don't but you do have mothers that eat their young, ki-l their mates, alphas that ki-l or run off other alphas that threaten to take over so in a sense they do but they run on instinct, not something they plan. So no, not even "salvage" animals do that in the wild because they don't have the capability to do so.
Don't be surprised if layoffs in this place, Centene under Sarah/Drew is not only poorly run, is also the most treacherous, backstabbing place you can find, this people smile with you, tell you how great you are and tomorrow fire you. No even in the wild among salvage animals you have what happens here. They have decimated the place, it is ticking bo-b, short term a bit of savings, long term the place will implode, that heavy ,stinky verbose of Sarah and Drew it is just a bunch of smoke and Mirrors, nothing is getting done, everybody is either coasting or in survival mode, the culture of lying, fear and faking is top of the line
Each sub company has their own town hall. Today's a town hall for centene pharmacy services.
I don't believe there was a company wide town hall 4 days ago. Which town hall are you talking about?
Forgive me if this might come off as a ridiculous question. I’ve only been with the company for a couple of months. If I get laid off will I get a 100% 401k vestment?

Well, if you hop over to the United health group, there were already some layoffs happening yesterday 3/21/2024, So I wouldn't be surprised if Centene has similar layoffs.
What town hall was this? I didn't get any invite to a town hall. Was this company wide or specific to your department?
