Wonder if this means the end of the Microsoft first strategy.
We have a poor track record of hiring from the outside. They won't let me forget that I'm not from this industry and things just don't work the same way in oil and gas. Good luck with leading performance and benchmarking against others LOL
Poor Bill. A decade without a promotion, even longer with no respect, and now kicked to the kerb.
“Elects to retire” LMAO
Billy B told some of us he and Marky Nelson were getting along like oil and water. Billy B is stubborn enough and Marky Mark is a bully……so there ya have it folks….popcorn theatre……..
Can HR now do the same, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a test run for CEO replacement from outside or from HESS.
Good decision by Chevron. It's time to look for talent externally. None of BB direct report is capable of being a CIO. A lot of high PSG in IT need to leave as well.
I wonder what the new CIO will think about the chapter model
I thought AG was grooming herself for the role.
Good. It’s time to change things up overall in IT. Same leaders have been in place for too long. Hopefully he brings in a fresh new approach or vision to improve this organization. Of course he could just be filler, time will tell.
