Thread regarding Lumen Technologies layoffs

I have decided to say yes to the RIF tomorrow.

I really have no choice if I care about myself and my family. I'm done giving this place second chances to mismanage my career down the toilet.

If you get a chance to go with perks go …, your skills will be sooo appreciated at a more decent honest company… not one that has 6 names and 20 different backend systems that were never integrated… no one has the knowledge you do in this fake new world … broafwing … centuryylink ..quest…level 3 …lumen …no one in sales or Kate can correct or understand this combo … but u guys do they will be lost without you

Any managers or sakes people or so called sakes managers included .. just curious if this only affects the folks that actually do their job .. best wishes to all .. except sales managers

BS. Employees were notified that they could express interested in voluntarily leaving. Nowhere was it mentioned that people are being laid off (at this time)

This is your speculation and I don't disagree with it but it is just speculation. I don't think everyone who received it is definitely on the chopping block for a involuntary RIF, but would be a candidate yes
