I think Lumen is going to have big news to announce Tuesday. Maybe Project Yellowstone has been done?

Project Yellowsnow
they didn't
It rained Tuesday. I think next Tuesday will be overcast.
This aged well.
Project Yellowstone is them selling the worst states of the original USWEST 14 state territory. I can't imagine who would want to support the entire regulated state of Montana but only have 2-3 towns of any size to make any profit from.
There is a global reduction in workforce that was announced to employees on Monday, the 18th. Certain employees received an email, notifying them that they are potentially being laid off. If you were among those that received the email, you are likely on the chopping block. Lumen has offered an option for those people to voluntarily leave, in which case they will receive 25% more severance pay. They have until 11:59 pm on Monday, March 25th to submit the form to voluntarily leave. If they don't submit the form and their position is eliminated, they lose the extra 25% of severance.

The final nail on the coffin for all.
Lumen is shutting it's door.
More RIF's are coming.
