No RTO, no buhttkisseeng. Management at ATT is a poor choice.

Union slugs will be begging to come back
The use of the word “craft” when describing union workers is an oxymoron.
Now all of a sudden the company has gotten concerned about sales and ethics, they are using HR & asset protection to reduce headcount.
This is why it is important craft work to rule.
Follow the black and white rules laid out in the PLE training we're required to take every month. It is not a grey area when it has been placed in writing. If your manager ASKS you to do something violating rules placed in writing my EH&S refuse and tell them it is against the company policy.
Clock in and out properly in INFOR. Take your uninterrupted lunches and try not to do any edits.
You’ll definitely get one, problem is most won’t be around long to enjoy it .

I know. A lot of them will retire with their 401K and pension lump sum and put AT&T in the rear view mirror. Life is good.

Inflation adjusted from 2021, I’m down $4 and hour. That’s an 8-10 % pay cut.
And were all looking forward to our contractual plan cost increases. Just kidding. Joe Biden is cutting out the junk fees so we don't have to pay for your lazy raises. Now get to work!
Manager pay allows you to buy livescope...........lucky. I am stuck here with DI only
What do you call half the managers at AT&T on the unemployment line?
— A Good Start!
Half the managers commenting on here will be gone by the end of 2025, CFO Desroches stated in his latest interview, that they are in the middle innings of decommissioning the old network. Expect more of the same playbook, finding ways to terminate managers or ways to make us quit like, the relocation and RTO plays. No guarantees for job security even when we follow the work, at least bargained has work rules and stay on the payroll options when surplussed.

After years of managers pressuring salespeople to do all kind of things that didn’t follow the playbook then, rewarding them and looking the other way when they knew it was unethical practices.
You need to read this again, and take it seriously if you have anyone that needs your income.
AT&T is tidying up after many years of allowing FRAUD. Fraud made the numbers look good but it does not pay the bills.
A lot of AVP, SVP and EVP in mobility will be cut soon. That is a good thing.
The workforce that shows up everyday to install, restore and maintain the network will cry no tears when you are gone. The stock price will increase with the removal of so much dead weight. I thank you for your exit.
Your ride is over.
And I enjoy bringing my “Sp--k Me, Stinky” dolls to our on-site pajama parties. It’s what toots my poot!
And I enjoyed having to sell my house and move to Texas at my own expense and fight for a shared desk in a ghetto area with no security or paper towels. They do let us wear our pajamas when we watch Ran & Stinky videos!
Sadly my $50/hr rate is only getting a 2.5% increase :( We KNEW 2022 inflation was coming and signed 4 more years of terrible raises. wtf. I'll scrape by somehow

I wear my pj’s with the flap in the behind for those special times when I really earn my bone.us!
And I enjoyed my 20k bonus a couple weeks ago and working in my pajamas today.
Whatever floats your boat.
“ As a manager who works from home and just got a 15k pay raise and a 17k bonus”…for polishing the bosses’ gnob, don’t you know. Most would prefer their dignity.
Why you fighting each other? The fools are the leadership team, aka the enemy. The rest of is are trying to survive.
It would $u-k to be a manager nowadays. I'm glad I'm union.
They can have it, too. Majority of the L1/L2 employees are protected by NLRA.
Don't be a clown in AT&T's circus. Fight for your rights.

When I leave a lot of the unnecessary locating and splicing cr.ap back at the garage, my F250 cap holds four of my flippin’ rods and assorted tackle boxes perfectly! 🍻
As a manager who works from home and just got a 15k pay raise and a 17k bonus, I’ll keep my benefits over a 3% contractual raise.
YASSIREE!!! They’re biting’! https://tpwd.texas.gov/fishboat/fish/action/reptform2.php?water=Freshwater&lake=allFresh
I telecommute from my boat occasionally.
how can I get in to contract as cybersec/network?
I think I’ll use the extra $$$ to buy a boat and do some spring bass fishing. I find that it relaxes me.
