Heard a nasty rumor that they sent a press release by accident. Can anyone confirm?

AT&T Cybersecurity has not figured out how to make money, so this will force them to figure out a revenue stream or implode.
It must be rough to deal with that much uncertainty. Are you still allowed to apply for other internal jobs?
the deal will completed soon, but employees don’t know exactly when they will be off ATT benefits
Why is that a nasty rumor? It's no secret that the AT&T/WillJam collaboration will be a stand alone unit, presumably with a completely different name. Maybe the press release was posted early in error, but that doesn't change the name or the facts.
