Does anyone have a timeline? Is severance offered or is it straight termination?

Performance doesn’t use numbers
Performance rating is often fixed. For the most part, it is a tool for managers to control your life.
Performance is always a grey area and anybody can contest the firing based on it. Banks will be wiser to give severance rather than embrace court ,suits etc.
Severance is not only for layoffs. Many people are setup to fail and end up going into the settlement route, regardless of performance. In those cases, the payout is often much higher but as a result, they are taxed more. Maybe if sc-mbag managers and leadership didn't have outrageous and false sales goals and metrics pressures, none of this would happen. But no, let us treat you worse than a dog and take this lump of chump-change.
Severance is only for lay offs. If you have performance issues and are on a PIP, you are being fired.
Why not tell us how they did it to you when you got your 1 and we’ll be able to give you some feedback?
