For the employee, they do “nothing”. Just a long list of non-responsiveness. I think they’ve been more responsive on this board on spin control company kool-aid drinking than they ever have on actually helping the employees.
They exuberantly push you off onto their HR chatbot or general FAQ page and that’s it. Neither of which help you. Why not just get rid of them altogether or at least trim them down, after all what purpose do they serve beyond getting paid for nothing.
I know there have been some levels of management who have already suggested this so why not follow through on it. You want to trim the fat, get rid of the unnecessary, well there you go. Start there.
