After saying in jan, no more layoffs, Ned Ryan and Tim Langley Hawthorne do it again. More tech layoffs this week. Technology culture is toxic. Talented people are resigning , new people are over titled and incompetent. Total tech budget spending has been doubling for last few years with nothing to show. They have not delivered on the plan that they were given when they joined - shocking level of incompetence.
To make matters worse, they are hiring people from operations , with no technology background to run parts of technology. There is no one monitoring what these guys are doing .
