Once again senior leaders in CSBB have different rules for their directs than rules lower level workers must follow. Location strategy doesn’t apply to Colleen and Shaun’s non-customer facing staff, even those that rarely visit branches. These overpaid bureaucrats say they “support branches” but instead they sit around creating more work and convoluted processes for the little people to follow, then cut branch staffing to a ridiculous level. Meanwhile, the rest of us working stiffs must comply with the hub strategy and are uprooting our families, only to be later displaced when our jobs are outsourced. No wonder employees are listening to union organizers…wake up Saul VanB! Get another cup of coffee!!

CSBB leaders do their town halls, weekly leadership calls, and AMAs, acting like they really care. They don’t, which is why there is no loyalty to WF anymore.
Chase folks got premium roles and steep pay increases—-while Jase had great growth trajectory after 2007 recession it would be interesting to see if those gets replicated at wells
Enjoy working for Shart and his merry band of Chase rejects! Bunch of sociopathic narcissists!
It's not a location strategy, it's a layoff strategy. They don't want to lay off those leaders, hence there's no need to be in any specific location. They DO want to fire you though, so...
True. Also, there's a slew of remote peeps in Jenny B's group in CAO. The amount of Execs and Sr Managers across the bank who are listed as Remote is WF hypocrisy at it's finest.
OP just finding out life is not fair
Alarming, but not surprising. Finance controls staffing and they don’t have to live in core markets. IMO inconsistencies like this will result in more lawsuits and bad press for WF as they send all the jobs overseas. Will be ironic when they shift Finance to India.
I would agree but also be patient. I think a lot more people will be subject to RTO and WLS that will shock you.
