Wait until there's a huge security/risk breach in india or other offshore location...
Wait until this backfires. They are not hiring the brightest in India. Most are nothing but "labor" force at cheap rates. The top technical talents leave India or work for equivalent $ as in US. They are using location strategy to get rid of people. It just does not make sense to lose experienced professionals just for location. Those who are in SDI need to count your days because that whole area has too many people doing nothing. And it is nothing but product development aka technology aka INDIA. Only a handful will be left. The current leadership of SDI has sc--wed up the whole team. I heard that there is nothing called innovation anymore. I will not be surprised if many in leadership bail out after getting their bonus or executing what board wanted. "Employees are HIRED to do the job. Not ADOPTED. The same applies to India.
Thrilled to be spending time with our Wells Fargo employees in India, who do so much to support our customers ( Americans - sc--wing them) and our business ( i did not know it your business). Their passion and dedication are inspiring( why they care about your prosper, milk as much if you su-k up to them). I enjoyed the opportunity to listen to their insights ( to what , they do not know anything about line of business), address concerns ( of course pay more bonus and hire here and fire in USA), and recognize their successes ( fake ones). Looking forward to coming back soon ( Please stay there, it is your new home eating Roti and goat curry)!
Great example of Americans sc--w other Americans. Scott powell is the probably the leader of this gang. Putin is waiting for you guys go down with this mindset. I understand Microsoft and Apple does outsourcing because they sell products globally. Does Wellsfargo bank in Asia? Work with senators and representatives to put a break on banks outsource jobs with deposits from Americans. Time to lobby folks.
Unfortunately its been several years since our customers, prospective customers, shareholders and fellow colleagues have had those types of smiles on their faces.
I figure he’s flying first class home and his crew are in economy.
It's the same plan for people IN hub cities as well, just earlier. SP should stay in India, permanently.
