First as a corporate employee, they screwed us for half a year (I understand some received less notice) with taking your job away because you won't uproot your whole family and move to another state where you won't get a pay raise or relocation assistance.
In prep for being suplused, I severed all ties with AT&T. I changed my benefits coverage to be zero during open enrollment since I will be covered by my spouse. I cancelled my family plan and moved to Verizon.
But they still find a way to sc--w me. They activated my benefits, again covered by spouse so I don't need any of AT&T'S benefits post employment. They sc--w up with the severance.
When I call HR benefits, I get someone from India who doesn't understand what I'm talking about. There are no american supervisors this person can transfer me.
I hope AT&T goes bankrupt and the c-suite get nailed for tax evasion.
