IHX Final Written Warnings rolling out

Going through a neighborhood and looking up addresses on PCA for customers to see if they have Internet with us, copper or fiber to uncover opportunities is now a CoBC for CPni violations. Is anyone else seeing this?

To my understanding, It’s only a violation IF you pull up a customer’s account to VIEW their current carrier & use to sell products & offer. If you have access of AT&T fiber availability it’s not a private information. Customers would need to opt out if they don’t approve Use of customers address or phone number for solicitation.opt out Letters are mailed & it’s on the bill. CPNI is use of network info like their account numbers & their calls. AT&T Promotion & speeds in any particular are is not.

I get fiber but not through att their fiber blew and speeds were inconsistent and then I read the fine print there is no speed guaranteed.

my new provider has been flawless same speed every time I go to test the speed.

att is nothing but criminal just like their finances.

Customers want fiber! There are no laws that suggest informing residents that Fiber is in the area, regardless of how they obtain information. It’s no different if the customer was to call in or an IVR screening the number transferring callers to call centers. IHX is team of HIGHLY competitive sales squad that does what it takes. That doesn’t mean fraud, it means working & making yourself available 24x7 7 days a week to make 6 figures. It can be done & it’s proven. The best part is there is no limit to B2B & B2C wireless sales. The need for speed is endless in the marketplace and timing is everything. Definitely not an easy job & being Human is the biggest flaw. It would be cool if AT&T had IHX Robotics. I would definitely switch if Iron Man wanted to provide me service 🤭

Nah we get list of addresses that get turned on that day. We type address in our system then it tells us if they have a cellphone account or existing internet. We know since it a new neighbor for fiber they must have the none fiber internet. We go into the account unverified. Type in a random pin, it’s always wrong but it asks us to ask customer what the answer to security question. Funny enough it show the answer and we just hit confirm. No problem getting into account. We call customer and upgrade them. Easy upgrade with out leaving the cozy home. I’ll take a final for the $$$$ and fame i made over the years. $_$

How about monitoring C-Suite communications from DLLSTXRIDS0?
From the switch, tie pair, x-conns?

Right. It is all network traffic. If someone just "happens" to know how the network works, the simple test sets rolling around the office will suffice.

There are rules for the little people made by the Stink's henchmen, who provides you quotas that entice you to violate. That way, they can fire you, severance free, either way. It is a win-win for the Stink, and a lose-lose for you.

That absolutely is a violation.
Looking up customer information without their consent. It is in the CPNI yearly training coverage.
