Believe it or not, we should see at least 100% based on what the released at the beginning of the year.

They told us the bonus relied on hitting 16 billion in free cash flow by the end of the year and they’ve already said they will meet that.

“Led by Chief Executive John Stankey, AT&T (T) now expects free cash flow to be about $16.5B for the full year, up from a previous estimate of $16B or more. In addition, the company now expects adjusted EBITDA to grow at least 4%, up from a prior guidance of 3% or more.”

Anyone think raises for everyone not in Dallas will be low this year to pay for the N2 to N3 increase for employees in Dallas?

Whatever it is, it won’t cover inflation, and you will get poorer.

They are being really quiet about it, so it’s probably not going to be good.

We know the executives just gave themselves a huge cash bonus because of Biden’s inflation, so they better have saved some for the rest of us, or I’m going to me pi---d.

Be less concerned about bonus and more concerned with where you’ll be working next year at this time…..it won’t be at T

We will know in 2 weeks when our results are released. Last year before the #s were released my AVP told his DRs to tell their people not to expect a bonus... and then we received 85% which was pretty good. So just tells you not even our leaders know.

Since this is my last year... fingers crossed that we still get a decent percentage since as Directors are saying that the Connection Award is impossible to submit at least in Townes org.
