time to wake up the union is on the side of the corporations.

start voting independently instead of a big group think and you might get things turning around.

No skill lacking, my boss manages 3 shifts which requires all kinds of different entries…we get callouts, overtime and many more activities…our time sheets are never right…spending hours each day trying to figure out our time…my boss spends her whole day on time sheets…will not sign approved because we have no idea what we are doing.

Coworkers boss zeroing out the trade time. They’re gonna get sued.

Infor let the manager to set your timesheet default to 40hrs a week unless you put in the override for OT or absent. Don’t know if AT&T not allowing that?

Just looking for someone to step in and do something. I'm too lazy and more talk than action.

There are many things wrong with this "application".
Never in my 3 decades of working for this company has anything caused this much chaos. Must be the fault of the workforce, right?
The staff responsible for training are certainly lacking some skills.
That's ok, it will get worked out over several weeks in typical AT&T fashion.
