Branches unite and unionize. Strength in numbers. The stronger the union the more leverage for the employees. If WF is against unions, that shows there is benefit to the employee. WF benefits themselves. It's up to you to protect yourself and your rights.
Unions take your money in very expensive dues and then those who run it become well off and then you still get laid off. Now tell me again exactly why you'd like your office or bank to become a union shop?
