So, all WF health administration for benefits is done in India? LOL, they don't even understand the questions that is being asked! Ask least the Filipinos get what's going on. The slippery slope has just gotten even more sh---y.

Not sure what you are talking about? Are you referring to internal employees or the HC companies such as Anthem who are paid to administer claims? WF has a fully internal funded program and only pays the other companies to do the work. Or are you saying companies like Anthem have outsourced? When I've called I have only gotten American support
It's very challenging now.....tho I'm don't think it's that much better with the Filipino partners...... definitely a lesson of patience.
