All speculation until it comes out in February. We all thought it would be so great last year with record profits but safety was terrible and it impacted our CIP (I’m sure exec bonuses were unaffected). Earnings will release Jan 26; we’ll find out about CIP around Feb 6. We still made great money in 2023, so I don’t see it being less than 1.10 but just a guess!

An adult would negotiate for better pay or move on to another opportunity elsewhere. Only a child would whine on an anonymous website because they can't do any better.
