What’s the typical bonus amount for a senior lead business execution consultant?

No, but it was up until several years ago, and as such while there are some exceptions, the actual amounts haven’t deviated that far from the old model. For newcomers it’s mostly just based on what the average bonus amounts for people in that role got in the previous year, and for people who have been in the role, it’s based on your last years bonus amount +/- your performance this year/overall budget as variables.
Sr. Lead can go up to $250K at least in the old area 2.
So is bonus for any job based upon a percentage of your salary? If so, what is that percentage?
The problem is you do ask and only answered with a shoulder shrug. That's the problem with the new system, nobody knows anything.
Close to whatever you got last time. If you're new to the role your bonus should have been discussed with you when your offer was made.
Try to keep up, the thread is about bonus, not salary.
your bonus is that you haven’t been laid off and you have a job!!!
$87
? Min base is $120k.
I got 70ish last year, I think I am on the higher side. There is a big range, but I would say it’s generally 20-40% of salary depending on group, performance, and incentive history.
I have been at $100k for the past two years. But I am near the top of the pay range for Sr. Lead.
25 to 30k
Probably around $30k-40k
