Any knowledge of % of salary to expect for bonus in 2024? Thank you

They “try” to keep you as much as the prior year. No guarantees. A consideration no one is mentioning here is beside the rankings or more importantly is where you are at in the market span. If you are mid point you are going to get less if you are in the upper you will get even less. That is the glory of sitting in a spot toooo long. You make more than your worth because you haven’t really gained any new knowledge or skills. Just keep doing the same thing for 20 years and making way more than someone who can do your job for a lot less with a whole lot more energy and productivity
Percentages simply do not matter any longer. Your bonus will be tied to three things - (1) your baseline that was established last year, (2) the guidance provided to your area for the bonus budget and (3) your manager's discretion in trying to balance the bonus budget across the team.
The general guidance from HR is that bonuses should remain flat or go down slightly for those with a Meets rating. You can be further impacted if your group has any Exceeds or Consistently Exceeds performers. Typically, they will be rewarded more which comes at the expense of those that are Meets or lower.
I thought the bank got rid of most "business execution consultants" because they don't really do anything.
Lead role also. 18% last 2 years. Used to always be above 20% in lower title and pre-this "jov architecture realignment with no target %". Just another way for CS to cut costs!

Mine says up to 20%. Not sure what determines the up to part.
@1osb+1qdf6SeP Do you work ANYWHERE other than up your own ar-e mining for brain cells? Target % may have been eliminated but bonuses still are a % of base so it’s a fair question to ask.
% has been gone for 3 years now? Do you people work here ? Tvc replaced targets. Comp now works that year over year your total comp is more than the prior year so if your bonus su-ked when this started Gl!

Close to whatever your bonus was last year. If you're new to the role, that should have been discussed with you as part of your offer.
