Whoever it was that wrote Gail, I thank you. You may be the only person who has ever done so. It may or may not help ,but that was brave I guess. Hopefully it was an eye opener..
To the poster:2cxi+1qbbRAPT. Gail has been informed.. for what it's worth I wrote. Gail an email. I informed her of several departmental issues, broken processes. Bad data, etc People need help in their dept. I got a lot of input from people in the office. In all my time at the company, I haven't seen this much chaos, uncertainty, etc. I feel bad for people who are stuck. She may or may not have seen it. I don't expect a response back. I did CC a few of her peeps.
I am also. We give American dream to international students and young H1b workers.
Then we cut costs and outsource the rest. What dream is left?
To be honest, I am sad this holiday season thinking about all of the employees that lost their jobs in 2023 and those that will lose their jobs in 2024 and be replaced by offshore workers so that Gail and the rest of the Executive suite can increase their incomes by millions. Best of luck to you in 2024! I am sure you can find a better employer than the one that just laid you off.
