2-3 years ago, the work culture was very different here at Cigna. The first shift in Cigna work culture that I noticed was when they gave us all a "Merit Bonus" which robbed everyone of a legitimate merit increase. This means most of us were all stagnate on our salary for 2 years. Then it was drive to 25, Opex reduction, future of work, quiet job eliminations, and now the sale of a whole line of business. We hear how well Cigna profit is after they really gutted us employees.
Lately, there has been a shift to prioritize profit at the expense of employees. You can't balm employees for feeling like this after witnessing Cigna and our executives continuously sc--w us over.
