So Capital Markets Leadership Change

So Ranjit Bhattacharjee decided to leave WF to pursue other opportunities. Wonder if it was really his idea. Kinda like getting retired.

“Leadership” at WF is hilariously transient. Can’t blame them, the company is a soulless dumpster fire existing for a few clowns in NYC.

Making millions isn’t enough to tolerate the cesspool culture here. See you all in the office tomorrow.

There's absolutely no continuity in the exec ranks at this company, people come and go so regularly that I hardly bother to remember their names. 6 months or a year, where they fire good employees to bring in "their people" and then poof they are gone to "pursue another opportunity". Even highly compensated execs don't want to stay here for long. It's crazy. Why should anyone bother even listening to these "leaders" when they ain't gonna be here tomorrow anyway? Change is a constant, but leadership with such a short time horizon is a complete waste of money. They don't DO anything useful to earn their millions.

I wasn’t impressed by him but I am sure he received a couple fat bags of gold coins while he was here. Enough for most of to retire.
